Happy is an American restaurant that draws its inspiration from Asian ingredients and kitchen craft. Our goal is to create comfort food that is simple and delicious.
Named "Boulder's Best New Restaurant" by The Daily Camera, our kitchen is currently operating under the talented hands of Dave Query, Jamey Fader and Sam Proia. Seasonal ingredients and intentions guide the monthly changing menu.
In the Bitter Bar, Happy's late night alter ego, Mixologist and partner James Lee, (recently named top 10 mixologists in the country by Playboy Magazine) honor the classic American tradition of the handcrafted cocktail. The Bitter Bar staff shares a passion for blending the old school with the new and taking a chef's approach to using the freshest, local and organic ingredients in each creation. The end result is a cocktail that is well balanced, driven both by its flavor profiles and textural components.
