It is a place where dreams come true, and nightmares begin. It is where your marriage might end, but you will meet your true soul mate. We will afford you the opportunity to enjoy a craft driven, beautifully balanced cocktail; you will afford us the opportunity to bore you with the details. You will probably get arrested, but you will be set free in the process. Your morals will be put to the test, but you will leave as pure as the new driven snow. To all that, and more, we tip our glass to you.

Born from the marriage of a speakeasy and the true definition of a lounge, the bitter bar is a place where one can enjoy the craft of cocktail preparation in a setting that caters to the enjoyment of conversation and the company of friends.
Our goal is to create delicious, inspired, hand-crafted cocktails that celebrate the use of fine spirits, housemade bitters and accoutrements and the freshest sourced ingredients.
Please sit back, relax, imbibe a great beverage lovingly prepared by one of the bitter bar’s highly trained mixologists and refer to the house rules to ensure we are all playing on the same field.
